25 years of devolution in Wales

The Senedd is officially 25 years old, and throughout its time has been marred with controversy. A slim majority to be established in the first place and since has never had an election of over 50%. We ask the people of Cardiff whether more needs to be done to engage Welsh people in Senedd activities or whether the Senedd really deserves a place in modern Wales.
