The Darwin Rocksitters celebrate 50th anniversary

Across half a century, the Darwin Rocksitters have seen romances blossom, shared a drink with rock legend Jimmy Barnes, and set a world record by sitting on a rock at Darwin’s east point for 12 consecutive days. It's been 50 years since the Rocksitting movement began in 1974 and over the weekend, dozens of original Rocksitters flew in from interstate to celebrate the major milestone.
