Health Ministry Proposes Making Taiwan First in Asia To Legalize Surrogacy

Taiwan's health ministry has proposed changes to artificial reproduction laws that would make the country the first in Asia to legalize surrogacy. The proposal would also extend access to assisted reproduction to same-sex couples and single women.
