Restored Higgins Landing Craft

A restored American landing craft left this morning on the River Seine for the Beaches of Normandy, where on 6 of June 2009, the 65th anniversary of D-Day will be held. This original LCVP was discovered 12 years ago and restored by a WW2 enthusiast.
