Windows 7 RC running on AMD Turion TL-56 (1.8GHz) with 2GB RAM.
Mac OS X 10.5.7 running on Core 2 Duo (2.4GHz) with 2GB RAM.
The buttons were pressed at the same time, it's hard to see in the video. Windows 7 boot up time is very impressive considering the lower spec hardware.
Both laptops are running with 5400 RPM drives.
