JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The decommissioned Coast Guard Cutter Spike, a former construction tender, homeported in Mayport, Fla., sinks approximately 30 miles off the coast of Jacksonville Friday to help develop the artificial reef Harms Ledge. U.S. Coast Guard video by Petty Officer Cindy Beckert.
