In this episode the Torchwood team (...of Jack and Gwen) become more settled into their new base, the Torchwood 4 base and take on their second bad guy of the series, with almost a guest appearance from Tosh! We'll also see into how Jack feels about being there and why they are there. Also, find out how the base was lost in the first place!
