Purge vs. Non-Purge Scuba Diving Masks

This instructional video shows you the difference between purge and non-purge diving and snorkeling masks. With a purge mask simply exhale through your nose and all the water drains away through a one-way valve. A dive mask without a purge (non-purge) requires a little more effort, but can still be purged with ease. Each scuba mask has its advantages, so your choice should be based on your personal preferences.
