Solana Beach, CA: New Shared Use Library Ribbon Cutting

I have worked on many government videos and documentaries. This video is one such example. It is the ribbon cutting for a new shared use library that the city of Solana Beach, California built on the campus of Earl Warren Middle School. The ribbon cutting was in June 2001 and I followed the project for one year (from June 2000) starting with the ground breaking. The ground breaking ceremony is also on Daily Motion.
