LotRO: Guardian Engage skill, test 2

This video shows a second test of Engage.

It is claimed by some that the threat gained by Engage is somehow lost after 15 seconds.

1) The Minstrel pulls the mob and establishes aggro.
2) The Minstrel stops all attacks.
3) My Guardian pops Engage, copying the Minstrel's threat level. The mob switches to target me.
4) The 15-second movement speed debuff appears as a swirly circle at the mob's feet.
5) Neither of us do anything to affect the threat level afterward.
6) The mob remains aggroed on me well after the 15-second movement speed debuff expires, because I remain at the top of the mob's threat list.

This test shows that Engage gives a permanent threat gain. Once it is used, normal threat mechanics apply. Nothing special happens after 15 seconds (other than the movement speed debuff ending). Clearly, if you lose aggro after popping Engage, it is simply because someone passed you on the threat list, not any time limit on the skill's effect.
