Closely linked to Bright Future, Spectrum sets a high-quality standard in substance and style. SPECTRUM: SHORTS Previous editions of the festival featured the special shorts programme Short: As Long As It Takes. In this year's format, most short films are featured in Spectrum. SIGNALS Signals is made up of a series of thematic film programmes, exhibitions or performances. Here the festival focuses on specific themes and oeuvres of striking filmmakers or visual artists. The programmes within Signals offer insight in topical as well as timeless ideas within cinema Sales and Industry Club Buyers and Sellers are invited to visit the Sales and Industry Club filmbay on the fourth floor of professional center de Doelen. Here you will find information stands, coffee facilities, and WiFi. Video Library Guest badge holders are welcome to use the Video Library to view festival titles. Service Center Badge holders can use the online computers in the Service Center located on the fourth floor and, at their own expense, fax and photo copying facilities. In the Willem Burger Foyer, online computers are placed to check your e-mail. Film Office Events
Events organized by the Film Office include Meet the Programmer; daily Festival Late Night Drinks and the Industry Party. Accredited guests will receive further information upon arrival. IFFR created the CineMart International Advisory Board, aimed filmbay.com at formalizing links with the industry to increase input in terms of the CineMart's overall strategy, its guests and the project selection. The CineMart International Advisory Board assesses and advises on the CineMart, its purpose and future. The Board is composed of distinguished and knowledgable film professionals from all over the world.
