Chinese Giant Panda Breaks into Villager’s Pig Pen

In China’s Sichuan province in Yaan City, a hungry panda has been making national headlines.

This wild panda was first seen in a villager’s field. Later he was found chewing meat bones in a pigpen.

The Jiajin mountain range near Yaan City is a living and breeding site for giant pandas.

After finishing his meal, this panda left quietly.

Pandas are an endangered species. They are considered a national icon in China and are often used to improve foreign relations—coining the term 'panda diplomacy.'
