Ten Somalis, currently being held in a Dutch jail, stand accused of highjacking a German container ship. In the past, Somalis pirates were often handed over to the Kenyan authorities.But soon they will face trial here in Germany. German politicians fear that, if found guilty, the Somalis could later apply for asylum.
