Simply squeeze the "rabbit ears" of the Dual Pepperball to grind and dispense. To switch between salt and pepper, twist the ears so the arrow on the top of the unit points to "S" or "P". Adjust the coarseness of the grind using the separate sliders on the bottom of the unit (one for salt and one for pepper). The Dual Pepperball comes prefilled with fresh sea salt and peppercorns.
