Small test showing two concentric tubes making water gas instead of flat plates. It produces "hho" from very little power. The tubes are conditioned with a naturally developed white coating of probably magnesium and/or calcium. This originally was a project to try and replicate Stan Meyer's wfc (water fuel cell).
