Two-Phase Barbell Shoulder Press for Stubborn Shoulders

When you can't get any more reps, then kneel down and do partial range shoulder presses in the rack in the top range of motion. When you fail on full-range you're still strong enough in the top range to keep going and really push the shoulders hard.
