Inter Milan coach Rafael Benitez could be without several big name players for the Serie A clash away to Lecce.
Inter go into the game in third place and three points behind leaders Lazio with city rivals AC Milan one point and one place better off in second.
With Lecce four places off the bottom last season's Serie B champions need three points which could lift them into a mid-table position.
Benitez has described Argentinian central defender Walter Samuel as the biggest doubt ahead of the Lecce game following the 1-1 draw with Brescia on Saturday when Samuel Eto'o's second-half penalty salvaged a point.
Benitez said of Samuel's injury: "Samuel has suffered a sprain in the knee, it is probably the worst."
