Black Ops Secret Achievements and Hidden Game

All you have to do is keep pressing LT and RT back and forth in the main menu and you will break free, giving you one of the secret achievements. Now if you walk around to the back of the room there is an old computer where you can type different codes in. Here are the codes and a description of that they do:
