Cambpell began his artistic career in film making but soon switched to the LED pieces he is known for in the 1980s. His current work combines film, sound, and LED light installations. He has emerged as a leading figure in new media arts. Exhibited with the Hosfelt Gallery at the PULSE Miami art Fair Dec. 3th-6th, 2010 - Miami, Florida.
