After Mexican Guadalupe Pena was partially paralysed by a stroke, her horses helped her to regain movement. She discovered ‘hippotherapy’, from the Greek word "hippos," meaning horse, and transformed her life-long love of horses into a means to help sick children in a rough neighbourhood of Mexico City.Duration: 01:55
