How To Get Perma UNBAN on Black Ops

Download Link File: http://spreadquick.com/KirsteniCorsi501/Perma This isnt CONFIRMED by alot of people but iive been told by 4 people it works... okay what you do it - Take the Black MOD CHIP out of ur motherboard and buy a new1.. tutorials on youtube to show how to do it .. but im not gonna do it because in a few weeks (HOPEFULLY) there will be a Bypass or a JB... if not , this is probaly my LAST OPTION.... other then that ill find more ways to access BO again :)
