In the French Alps, skiing season is well and truly underway. And so is avalanche season. Fourteen people have already been killed since the season began -- all of them skiing off-piste. On the marked slopes themselves, keeping avalanches staved off is a non-stop job entrusted to the ski patrol. A voiced AFPTV report
