The second half of my reconstruction of this missing episode, made using stills, video clips and the surviving soundtrack (narrated by Peter Purves).
Well, I say "my"... Due to the lack of John Cura tele-snaps, many of the images I've used are composites and CGI from Loose Cannon's excellent reconstruction. However, I have made some modifications, including several new images. Please note: I have included Loose Cannon's Time Destructor and sandstorm effects wherever possible, but occasionally I was only able to capture still images due to the number of scrolling captions in the LC recon.
The picture quality varies, so I wouldn't recommend watching this full screen!
Keep watching after the end credits for an epilogue, taken from the audio book of John Peel's novelisation The Mutation of Time, which ties up a couple of loose plot threads from earlier episodes.
The soundtrack and audio book are available on CD from BBC Audio. Support the BBC releases.
