To do this simply open your profile in modio and replace 41560855.gpd with the modded one below. Replace Your profile on USB with the new modded one and then start black ops without being signed in. When at Multiplayer screen, sign in, then go straight to private match and start it. Push your left analog stick down and the game will reset. End the game and you will be modded.
This includes 17 days played so there is a smaller risk of a ban.
