Also buy Short Ratio Gearbox and everything from Drivetrain section. And lighten your car by 10 kilos by changing windows.
Try to break as least as possible and find best driving lines. I've read some people did even 2:01-2:02, so that's not the best, but it was enough :)
If you're struggling, you can try buying better suspension and fiddling with settings or buy mid-RPM turbo and use power limiter to fit restrictions. You should have more torque that way, so little Fiat will accelerate much faster.
