Many have been tortured, forced to fight as soldiers or have been raped. The Lindau therapy center has been caring for torture victims for more than 15 years. People and Politics unveils personal tragedies, as a contribution to Deutsche Welle's annual Global Media Forum, which this year is dedicated to human rights issues.
