MY MATCH REPORT:
The Blues & the Highlanders kicked off Round 18 It was wet in Auckland but the 2 teams still played decent footy despite the conditions... The Highlanders picked up the 1st try, but the Blues hit back and had the lead at halftime! Sadly the Highlanders season has come to an end, with the Blues winning the game to secure a play-off spot! Honestly this game was boring, for 60 min it was an exchange of penalties with Danny Cipriani and James Stannard doing their thing... A try finally came 62 min into the game...Then all of a sudden more tries followed, but a final penalty from Ripia only but just won it for the Force... The Reds came out strong with the rain poring down... The NZ Herald gave them a thumbs up with this... Reds Outclass Chiefs Well they dominated the breakdown areas had the lead at halftime and Cooper added 6 more points before the Chiefs hit back with a try, unfortunately it was too late...The Canes & Crusaders finally got to battle it out! The Canes had territorial advantage, but with 6 all at halftime the Saders scored the only try in the 2nd half from a counter-attack. The Sydney Morning headlined... Crusaders claim NZ Super Rugby Crown So the Brumbies took a beating and were back to their bad form of rugby when they couldn’t even get a single point on the scoreboard until the final min... The Tahs were fired up when they scored 5 tries, and they not only made the Brumbies look like clowns but they booked themselves a spot in the play-offs! At Loftus things were physical, nerve raking and action packed when the Sharks caught the Bulls on the back-foot. The Sharks came out with a BOOM dominating territory and attacking from all areas, the Bulls ...
