With the support of the Goethe Institute in Cameroon, artist Pascale Marthine Tayou has designed large sculptures that decorate an old railway bridge located halfway between Yaoundé and Douala that dates back to the days when the country was a German colony.Now, local artists are creating work that tackles topics relating to both the present and the past.
