The plugin is called "Click Heat Dynamo" once installed it tracks ever single mouse click on any page or post within your wordpress blog.
You can then view heat maps of any page or post, this allows you to see exactly what visitors are doing when they visit your blog.
This plugin works unlike any offer heatmap software as it tracks also tracks objects and even ajax if you use that.
