One of our most popular flavors, by far, of our Jelly Bellies is black licorice. And of course, these are good any time of year. But at Halloween, mixed with orange Jelly Bellies, can make a special treat, just by themselves, or also used for baking and decorating cakes and cupcakes. Another really popular bulk candy that we have are these black licorice scotties. They are super adorable, because they are shaped just like a little Scottish Terrier. They are nice and soft, with a really smooth black licorice flavor. Another candy that is super popular, especially at baking times, like holidays, are these licorice wheels. They are actually two shoelace strings stuck together, and put together into a wheel. So you can unravel these. And I will tell you, if you are a baker, these become whiskers and legs on your cupcakes and your cakes. Another real popular black candy that we have are these imported dutch licorice bites. They are actually little licorice buttons, and they come in two different flavors. And the first one is not for the faint at heart. This is a double salt licorice, and it is fairly salty. But the Dutch really like their black licorice salty. So if you like black licorice, and you like imported, this is definitely one to try. The other version that these little licorice buttons come in are the soft and sweet version, which are really super soft, and easy to chew, and have a little bit of a sweet flavor. And again, these are imported, and are a Dutch version of the licorice. We also carry another black candy called Peachy Penguins. They are the cutest little penguins, they have a black exterior with a little white belly, and they are just so adorable. And everybody thinks that they are black licorice, because almost every black candy is black licorice, but these little guys are peach flavored. You lift up the top of the bin, and put your nose over there, and this wonderful aroma of peach comes up. They are delicious, they are soft, easy to chew, and people of all ages love them. They are perfect for events, if you do not like black licorice.
