Title: Higher dimensional gauge theory and Fueter maps.
Abstract: I will describe a generalization of the anti-self-duality equations for manifolds with exceptional holonomies due to Donaldson and Thomas. Under certain circumstances, higher dimensional instantons can degenerate to Fueter maps, which constitute a class of harmonic maps between hyperKaehler manifolds. I will describe some properties of Fueter maps and their relation to the compactified moduli space of higher dimensional instantons.
