Plagiarism case dropped against German ex-minister

Prosecutors have dropped an investigation into alleged copyright violations by Germany's former defence minister. Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg resigned after being accused of plagiarism linked to his doctorate thesis. Lawyers said the damage was minimal.
