Just a brief. I also have a theory that some of these damned micro spying flying devices have been retrofitted with equipment capable of transmitting FFR or other Microwave Hearing based weapons.
Look at how sophisticated & small cell phones are. The drones are already set up to be controlled by satellite (or live perp), and since all that's needed is a speaker or plastic cone capable of broadcasting the signal fed from satellite, adding microwave capability is more than possible, it's likely.
That's if it isn't here already.
