Price for kidnapping Israeli soldiers on the rise

A Saudi prince has offered a $900,000 reward to anyone who captures Israeli soldiers. Prince Khaled bin Talal told the Saudi satellite television al-Daleel on Saturday that the soldier would be set free in exchange for the release of all Palestinian and Arab prisoners incarcerated in Israel. The prince is the third son of Prince Talal bin Abdul Azziz, the brother of the Saudi king. He said his offer was in response to that of Saudi cleric Awad al-Qarni who said last week in a posting on his Facebook page that he is willing to pay $100,000 to anyone that kidnaps an Israeli soldier.
