Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D from Konami for the Nintendo 3DS. Derek had a momentous personal epiphany when playing this game, cementing his suspicion that his tastes in video games have really changed. He doesn't like Snake Eater 3D, but he fully recognizes it's still a great game. A 3DS remake of a PlayStation 2 classic, Snake Eater 3D is a fantastic port. The game looks incredible on Nintendo's portable, and its implementation of 3D visuals is among the best we've seen. Although the controls take a little getting used to, Snake Eater is perhaps better than ever on the 3DS. Too bad Derek is bored by it.
