If you really want to take a look back at the beginnings of FPSes, you'll definitely be met with a big smile from this game. Boasting flat-shaded, proto-3D environments and blast-em-up action for the Game Boy, Faceball 2000 shows its age nowadays, but must be included in the conversation when going through the FPS timeline that includes Wolfenstein and even the Modern Warfare craze of today.
