Tetris Battle Gaiden review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow import review of Tetris Battle Gaiden for Super Famicom. We westerners primarily stuck to single-player challenges, as puzzle games go. Barring the odd Mean Bean Machine, most of these games were about seeing how far one could get, or if there was a rudimentary head-to-head mode, it was much more passive, a struggle to survive the longest. Not so with games like Tetris Battle Gaiden, which pits you against various (adorable) opponents every step of the way. AND THERE'S MAGIC. TETRIS AND MAGIC. Need I say more?
