I'm breaking this review in half, because if any game deserves it, it's this 100-hour mustard-tinged monstrosity. A sleepy mountain town is rocked by serial homicides, and it's up to one detective... yeah, right. This is a JRPG. It's up to the detective's NEPHEW and a team of high-school students to jump into televisions, slaughter shadows, and confront their inner conflicts made manifest in tarot-centric turn-based combat. Eat absurdly hot tofu ramen to improve your courage! Play with a cat to enhance understanding and compassion! Use these traits to get a hot date! If only high school were this interesting.
