Ikaruga review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRUndertow review of Ikaruga, developed by Treasure and published by Atari for the Gamecube. A keen example of the Bullet Hell craze among die-hard arcade gamers, Ikaruga is probably the best example of a concept in shmups known as Bullet or Dot Eater, where you refrain from shooting at your enemy in order to absorb their attacks. Battle through hordes of enemies as Shinra, humanity's last chance of survival, through five levels of astonishing color, sound, and difficulty.
