Marvel Super Hero Squad: The Infinity Gauntlet review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Marvel Super Hero Squad: The Infinity Gauntlet from Griptonite Games and THQ for the Nintendo 3DS. This is the second game under the Marvel Super Hero Squad banner. It was originally released in Nov. 2010 for the Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo DS. And that DS version was repackaged with stereoscopic 3D and relaunched on the 3DS earlier this month. As far as the results...well, the graphics are in 3D, and it's available in stores. So, uh, mission accomplished. The Infinity Gauntlet is a beat 'em up based on a line of toys. The Super Hero Squad toys are little super deformed versions of classic Marvel heroes, and they have the same stylized appearance in The Infinity Gauntlet. The game plays like you'd expect from this kind of isometric, top-down brawler. This video review features video gameplay footage of Marvel Super Hero Squad: The Infinity Gauntlet for the Nintendo 3DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
