Classic Game Room : RUSH'N ATTACK for NES review

Classic Game Room HD reviews RUSH'N ATTACK for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Rush'N Attack was published by Konami for the NES in 1987 and it soared off the shelves into players' homes with its awesome silver label and stabbing gameplay. It should be called Stab'N Attack, or Shank'N Go. Rush N Attack from Konami is a clever play on words, are we fighting Russians or some mysterious force who runs mindlessly into knives? Who can be sure. One thing is for sure, this game is a classic, even if it is very overrated. Memorize'N Attack would be more like it, because you simply memorize the enemies, ladders and everything else in this game as you make your way through it armed with a knife. Couldn't they afford guns for these guys? One or two player gameplay makes Rush'N Attack a good blast from past and a fun 2D sidescrolling adventure down memory lane. Players today may get bored with the predictable enemy attacks and lack of style compared to some other Konami big hitters like Contra. This CGR review of Rush N Attack has gameplay from Rush'N Attack showing game play on the NES for Rush N Attack.
