"President of The World" Seeks Democracy Through Social Media

Award-winning (Cannes Grand Prix) Australian Writer and Director, Tim Piper, has introduced "POW", President of the World, a fictitious "character" with very real objectives who lives or dies according to the public endorsement of the global online community - a product of social media democracy. Tim talked to IBTimes TV's Sally Turner about the project.
