Shoulder Joint Injection (Anterior Approach)

This intervention is commonly done in periarthritis of shoulder otherwise called as ‘frozen shoulder’. The intervention can be done in either anterior or posterior approach. The frozen shoulder has no well defined pathophysiological process. It may be due to scarring in the capsule surrounding joint.
