CGRundertow THE SIMS 3: PETS for Nintendo 3DS Video Game Review

The Sims 3: Pets review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of The Sims 3: Pets from Electronic Arts for the Nintendo 3DS. The Sims 3: Pets is a much better game than the 3DS launch title The Sims 3. As a simulated version of yourself, you live a simulated life. You wake up, you shower, you go to work, you come home and you call women. Only in Pets, there's an emphasis on, well, pets. The game infuses the animals into the everyday objectives you'd normally have. Your character has six basic needs, but so does your pet. You can switch between them to control one or the other, but it's the interaction between them that's the driving force of this particular Sims. The clunky controls of the Sims 3 are gone, and the overhaul has done the game a lot of good. This video review features video gameplay footage of The Sims 3: Pets for the Nintendo 3DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
