CGRundertow EMPIRE OF STEEL for Sega Mega Drive Video Game Review
  • 12 years ago
Empire Of Steel review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Empire Of Steel from HOT B and Flying Edge for the SEGA Mega Drive. Released in 1992, Empire Of Steel is known in the United States as Steel Empire for the Genesis. The game was inspired by an 1819 novel of the same name, a instrumental in the development of steampunk. Empire Of Steel is a scrolling shooter with a beautiful steampunk look, and in 1992, that made it a pretty unique game. As a pilot in Silverhead, the last independent republic, it's your job to bring down the Motorhead Empire. But what makes Empire Of Steel stand out is its steampunk-inspired art. This video review features video gameplay footage of Empire Of Steel for the SEGA Mega Drive and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
