Mali lawmakers grant amnesty for coup leaders

Mali's parliament on Friday passed a law granting amnesty to the leaders of a March coup that plunged the country into chaos.
The bill forms part of an April 6th agreement between the coup leaders and west African bloc ECOWAS to restore constitutional order.
