CGRundertow BIG BANG MINI for Nintendo DS Video Game Packaging Review
  • 12 years ago
Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow packaging review of Big Bang Mini from Arkedo Studios and SouthPeak Games for the Nintendo DS. SouthPeak released Big Bang Mini in a fabulous lenticular package, which really made it stand out on store shelves. You tilt this box, and you see fireworks blowing up, you see a stylus flicking, you see monsters all over the place...and it's done in the game's awesome style. This is how video games should be sold. This is some beautiful packaging, which is fitting since the game itself is so gorgeous. It also does a really job of highlight what the game is about. This is a classically styled top-down shooter similar to titles like Galaga and Space Invaders. Obviously, the first difference is that you're shooting fireworks in Big Bang Mini. This video review features video footage of the packaging for Big Bang Mini for the Nintendo DS and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
