THE DICTATOR claims to have killed TUPAC

Controversial comedian Sacha Baron Cohen's new character General Aladeen claims, in an interview with MTV, he is the one that killed famous U.S. rapper Tupac Shakur. According to the Dictator, Tupac performed at his birthday party and asked the audience to 'throw your hands up in the air, like you just don't care' but 'why would he, the Dictator, not care?' and so he shot him.
