UN: Kyrgyzstan unrest was 'planned'

Three days of mourning have been declared in Kyrgyzstan after at least 176 people, including women and children, were killed amid days of unrest between Kyrgyz and ethnic Uzbeks.

The United Nations has called the fighting "orchestrated, targeted and well planned".

Kyrgyz authorities admit that the toll could be several times higher than the official numbers.
