CGRundertow SECOND SIGHT for Xbox Video Game Review
  • 12 years ago
Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Second Sight for the Xbox. Developed by Free Radical Design and published by Codemasters for Nintendo GameCube, Xbox, PlayStation 2, and Microsoft Windows, Second Sight follows the frantic investigation of John Vattic, a man that has woken from a coma to find that he has many special powers. He doesn't have any time to play around with them though, as he quickly discovers that a large group of scientists and agents are trying to capture him. Gameplay in Second Sight is very similar to games like Splinter Cell or Metal Gear Solid. Most of the game consists of stealth missions, so you will have to sneak around the majority of enemies you encounter. However, unlike those games, John Vattic has powers like telekinesis, psi-blasts, and charm to help him sneak by the enemies. These moves are usually discovered during a period of extreme distress, and this only adds to the story's dark, disturbing tone. This CGRundertow video game review features gameplay of Second Sight and commentary from CGR's Gabe.
